UPDATE: CPD investigating shooting on West 38th

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga police have identified the victim as 26-year-old Anthony Sherard.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police were called to the 200 block of West 38th Street Sunday evening for a person shot.

According to the police, officers found a male victim at the scene suffering a non-life-threatening gun shot wound to the arm.

Chattanooga Police say that Hamilton County EMS transported the victim to the hospital.

Police also say that investigators looking into a possible suspect vehicle.
