CPD makes Arrest in connecting to 4th Avenue Shooting
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have made an arrest in connection to the shooting of 19-year-old JaMarcus Davis.
Police arrested D’Marquis Bell, 20, after he was detained shortly after the shooting and booked for Aggravated Criminal Trespassing.
The Chattanooga Police Violent Crimes Bureau also charged Bell with numerous other charges, including Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Felony Reckless Endangerment.
Bell was also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a Felony.
