Dalewood Middle prepares for a big homecoming concert, hopefully by alum, Usher

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – It could be the worst kept secret in town this week.

On Friday, State Farm is bringing their Neighborhood Sessions to Chattanooga.

They aren’t saying who will be performing or what time the show will be.

But a huge stage is going up next to Dalewood Middle School, the alma mater of Usher Raymond.

And we are told the show will be for students, teachers and faculty.

On Thursday, Power 94 will be at First Tennessee Pavilion from 5-7 PM collecting art supplies.

They are looking for crayons, construction paper, glue, etc for local elementary schools.

People who make donations will qualify to attend the show on Friday at Dalewood.

The city is closing Shallowford Road from Talley Road to Wilcox Boulevard from 6-10:30 PM.

State Farm Neighborhoods Sessions

So far, State Farm has put on two Neighborhood Sessions.

The first was a show by Jennifer Lopez for her hometown of the Bronx, NY. You can see more about her session, here.

Then Toby Keith performed in his neck of the woods for Moore/Norman Oklahoma. You can see more about his session and program here.
