Dalton Beats Midtown 2-0 to Capture 7th State Soccer Title
Duluth, GA-(WDEF-TV) Dalton needed extra time on Thursday as they defeated Midtown 2-0 for the Class 5A state soccer title in Duluth, GA. Barely two minutes into the first extra time period, and Luis Favela broke through for the Dalton goal. He added the second goal as well for the Catamounts. The victory was Dalton’s 7th state championship.
