Dalton family members killed in fiery Texas crash

SINTON, Texas (WDEF) Officials in Texas say the victims of a fiery crash on Tuesday near Corpus Christi are from Dalton.

A family of nine were driving from our area to the Rio Grande Valley on the Mexico border.

At 2:30 AM on Tuesday the Chevy suburban pulling a utility trailer ran off the overpass and crashed into the highway below.

The vehicle burst into flames.

The driver and four of the passengers were all killed.

64 year old Victoria Castillo
67 year old Paula Avila-Lopez

The four other passengers were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
