Dalton Police charge Morgan Kinder in animal cruelty investigation

DALTON, Geogia (WDEF) – Dalton Police file new charges in the cruelty to animals investigation involving Kinder Dog Training.

We previously told you hold Stephen Kinder was charged with multiple cases of dog abuse in Cleveland before committing suicide.

But Dalton Police opened their own investigation into animals at the Kinder home in their city.

Now they are charging his wife with abuse of the animals at their home.

Morgan Kinder faces six counts of aggravated cruelty and 16 counts of cruelty to animals.

Investigators found dozens of animals in poor health at the home.

They have been relocated and cared for.

The aggravated charges are for five dead snakes and one dead lizard found at the home.

The 16 other counts involved neglected dogs.
