Dalton Police hope you can help find lottery ticket thief
Dalton, GA (WDEF) – Dalton Police need your help to find the man who stole more than $1,000 worth of lottery tickets.
Police say he hid inside a convenience store until after closing time and then stole the tickets.
Officials got pictures from the store’s surveillance system.
The burglary happened last Saturday at the BP Station on West Walnut Avenue.
The store’s surveillance tapes showed the man hide until closing time and then sit on the floor and scratch off tickets for an hour and a half.
