Dalton Police look for more lewd conduct victims
The victim told police he was trying on shoes in the back of the Glenwood Avenue K-Mart Friday afternoon.
The victim says a man walked close to him and started rubbing his groin through his pants in a lewd manner and staring at the victim while making grunting noises.
Adams was identified as the suspect and charged with loitering, criminal trespass, and stalking.
While officers were talking to Adams in the parking lot, they got another report of lewd conduct.
A man and his teenager son came up and identified Adams as a man who made lewd conduct towards the teen in November.
The 16-year-old said Adams looked over the urinal divider at him in the Shugart Road Walmart and started to masturbate.
The victim and his father say they did not report the incident then because they didn’t think the suspect would be found.
Police are investigating that report.
Investigators are looking for any more victims of Adams’ lewd behavior.
