Dalton police searching for candle shoplifters
DALTON, Ga. (WDEF) — Dalton police are searching for three women who are suspected of shoplifting candles at a Bath and Body Works.
It happened on Thursday, September 7, at around 7 p.m.
According to officers, the suspects stole $500 worth of candles from the Dalton location.
They believe these same women shoplifted from the Calhoun Bath and Body Works earlier that day as well.
Police say they filled up their handbags and shopping baskets with candles and then left the store in a red Kia Optima. The car may have a Tennessee license plate.
