Dalton shooting arrest

DALTON, Georgia (WDEF) –   Dalton Police arrest a man for a shooting earlier this week.

34-year old Thomas Kyle Williams faces numerous charges including aggravated assault.

Officers say 42-year old Dennis Richard Green claimed he was shot in a drive-by shooting at a Dalton intersection.

But investigators say that’s not what happened.

They say shooting actually took place at a house on Luckie Street after an argument.

The victim’s injuries are not life threatening.

Williams is also charged with possession of methamphetamine.
