Daniel Clark bound over to the grand jury in Nashville murder case
NASHVILLE (WDEF) – A Dayton man has been bound over to a grand jury in Nashville on a murder charge.
Daniel Murphy and 15 year old Trinity Quinn were the subjects of an Amber Alert when she disappeared after leaving the house for school.
Nashville police have charged both with the murder of a convenience store clerk.
WTVF reports on Murphy’s hearing Thursday morning in Nashville.
Police say Clark confessed to the shooting the clerk after expressing concern for Quinn.
He told them he shot the clerk nine times so he would not suffer.
After hearing the evidence, the judge ruled there was enough of it to send the case to the grand jury.
