Dayton Pike Shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- One man finds himself behind bars and another is in a local hospital after a shooting earlier this evening.

29-year-old Donald Stuard the second was arrested tonight.

It’s for shooting 33-year-old Adam Brown.

The incident happened at a gas station on Dayton Pike just after 5 this afternoon.

Brown continues to receive treatment at the hospital tonight.
