DeKalb County woman arrested for trafficking meth
DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. (WDEF) — DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Henagar, Alabama woman for trafficking meth last week.
Deputies conducted a search warrant on Thursday, July 13 on County Road 322.
There, they found Hollie Jamaica Hall to be in possession of methamphetamine.
According to the sheriff’s office, Hall had one pound of meth, drug paraphernalia and weapons.
They arrested Hall and booked her into the Jackson County Jail.
She faces charges of drug trafficking and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and weapons.
“I would like to thank the DeKalb County Narcotics Unit and Jackson County Narcotics Unit for working together to get this poison off of the streets,” Sheriff Nick Welden said. “This is a great example of why having a good working relationship with our neighboring agencies is so important. And we are so thankful that we have these relationships.”
