Dinos and Dragons

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF)-Dinosaurs have been extinct for millions of years, but they still capture our wild imaginations.

It makes it all worth it when you see the community come out and such large numbers.

“What’s your favorite one?” “These colors, I like it when it’s the color pink,” said Ella

Tour manager Brian Galentine says it takes a lot of work to get set up but it’s all worth it when he sees people’s reactions.

“Seeing the smiles. For the little ones all the way up to grandma and grandpa. That’s what makes it so special for us,” said Galentine

Mom Hannah Silverman says it was a wonderful experience for her daughter and it felt so real.

“The real-life perspective of how gigantic dinosaurs are. Watching them try different things that they were a little scared of,” said Silverman.

The event was not only seen by thousands of people in the Chattanooga region, but it also partnered with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.

“We work very hard throughout the week trying to find a partner in every city that we travel to. Our goal is to feed over 1 million people this year. Our folks back home really do a great job of reaching out to the local area food banks. We find a partner and just grow from there,” said Galentine.
