Disturbing details in deputy arrested for child porn

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) —  We’re learning more details about Johnathan Allen, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO)

deputy who was arrested on child pornography charges.

According to the affidavit, a deputy from the York County Sheriff’s Department (YCSO) responded to a solicitation of a minor call September 2, 2024.

Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the father of the victim.

The victim was not named in the affidavit, but was stated to be 13 years old.

After conducting an interview, the father stated that he was reviewing his daughters phone when he found disturbing messages between her and someone who identified as “Josh” online.

The affidavit stated that “Josh” eventually requested the victims phone number, to which she gave to “Josh”.

“Josh” became very sexual in the conversation by asking her to send nude photos and a video.

According to the affidavit, “Josh” requested the victim to do sexual acts with their dog.

Authorities with the YCSO traveled to Hamilton County December 4, 2024 to assist with the investigation.

The suspect named “Josh” was later identified as Johnathan Allen.

Allen was arrested December 5, 2024.
