“Welcome to Crazy fries voted best fries in the Sequatchie Valley and finest fries by the MARION Tribune. let’s get crazy!!!'” stated Brandi Young, co-owner of Crazy Fries.

“Crazy Fries!  M and my wife went out of town one weekend with our son and stopped at this place, and we wanted to try the fries out.  So we tried it he enjoyed them was like hey, we can do that.  So one weekend we sat over one our friend’s house and we sold fries from there, and I mean we had her driveway lined up with cars everybody want to try those fries.   So they came by and we was like Hey, this something we can do and just bring it to the area.  So we started from our house making fries.  Every weekend and we were selling out. So someone called us about a building here and said hey I got this building if y’all are interested.  You still definitely come by so, from that point on we’ve been here. They’re Crazy Fries,” said Jimet Young, co-owner of Crazy Fries.

“Everybody likes french fries. So they’re easy to access and get your hands on and you put stuff on top of them and that just takes it up a whole another another notch,” said Brandi.

“We have ghetto fries that’s one of my favorites.  That’s Taco seasoned taco meat, guac sauce, sour cream, flaming hot Cheetos.  I mean it’s just the explosion in your mouth when you try those right there.  Then we have a barbecue fries.  That’s our pool pork that my wife she smokes them and I mean they’re they’re good.  And then Nashville hot.  She has a Nashville Hot Chicken we do Fried Chicken on top of the fries and she has queso cheese, and then she has the Nashville hot sauce she does herself.  We have Chicken Baker ranch, and you can get that fried or just plain chicken Baker Ranch, and also another one is Rotel now that’s the baby right there; Rotel. So that’s just a few to get started,” said Jimet.

“How do your fries differ from fries at any other restaurant?” asked photographer David Moore.

“I think we just put love in it. So I mean it’s just something… I mean we’re not we’re not cooks.  We don’t claim to be chefs or anything like that.  It’s just we have fun.  I mean and people like to come in here and experience the fun we’re having here.  Crazy Fries and love you can sit back there on the patio enjoy some good good music and enjoy your fries.  I mean it’s just their environment.  I think people love their environment,” said Jimet.

“You told me what she does, what do you do?” asked Moore.

“Hey I’m just a face I love to come here and have fun I make everybody smile. When I’m in here but hey I get in the kitchen to help out sometimes. But really the cook, that’s my wife. We’re here I mean we’re not playing going anywhere.  Hopefully we’ll have our food truck here soon and we’ll be able to go on the road and go to other cities as well.  But just hey if you want to come down and have a good time  come down to 3:10 South Cedar Avenue.  We’re open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  On Thursday we’re open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,” stated Jimet.
