Haven explained, “I am Havenly Showers in Chattanooga Tennessee. We have created a proprietary porcelain slab system for showers. So, that’s primarily what we focus on is tub to shower conversions.”
“We were able to offer a porcelain slab instead of what some of the competition has had out for 20-30 years which are acrylic or plastic fiberglass, which do not add equity value to your home,” he continued. “We didn’t want to develop a product that we weren’t comfortable putting in our own grandmother’s or mother’s home. And so that was kind of the million-dollar question that we had for ourselves in developing this product was, if we weren’t comfortable or we wouldn’t put it in our mother’s home, we’re not going to sell it to a client or put it in theirs.”
“We designed a porcelain slab system to where you get the beauty of porcelain slabs. A lot of them are made to look like your Italian marbles and you have the resilience,” Haven said. “No maintenance or upkeep and along with the equity value increase. We specialize also in the curbless showers. So, we’re doing the curbless showers because they’re … a lot of the elderly people or older people, who have difficulties getting in and out of the large steps into tubs. So, we’ve taken that hazard out by making a true zero in shower pan system as well.”
Havenly Showers’ showroom is at 121 Honest Street in Chattanooga.
Haven added, “We have a full fabrication shop, which is Haven Distributing. So, we do kitchens, granite countertops, quartz countertop, marble… and, of course, the showers: our Havenly Shower System. Each shower is custom built, and we have a full fabrication shop in here in Chattanooga. That’s what we do. So, we make these measurements and dimensions after we do the demo, to custom fit for that particular shower.”
Havenly Showers has a 5,000-foot showroom and 10,000-square-foot fabrication shop.
