Dunlap man indicted for providing drugs in a fentanyl overdose

DUNLAP, Tennessee (WDEF) – A Dunlap man has been indicted on charges of contributing to a drug overdose last fall.

20 year old Garret Layne Castle died on November 12 in Dunlap from fentanyl toxicity.

On Monday, a Sequatchie County Grand Jury indicted 20 yhear old Taylor Brent Farley on a charge of Second Degree Murder.

Investigators say he provided the drugs to Castle that killed him.
