DuPont Parkway Re-opened After Temporary Closure

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) –  The reopening of DuPont Parkway is underway after Chattanooga police closed the section of the highway Tuesday afternoon.

Both Amnicola Highway and SR 153 entry and exit ramps were temporarily closed while first responders assisted a person in need.

CPD stated boats were sent to the scene.

Chattanooga firefighters assisted police to resolve the traffic issue.
