East Ridge Breaks Ground on Transformative Town Center Complex
Today marks an exciting milestone for East Ridge City as officials break ground on the highly anticipated Town Center complex, a project designed to transform the community’s heart.
The new facility will be versatile, set to host everything from farmers markets to weddings, a true hub for all kinds of local events and celebrations.
“We are looking to build a 12,000-square-foot multipurpose facility that would be able to house a variety of events, including farmers markets, luncheons, birthday parties, craft shows, and special events,” said Scott Miller, city manager.
But it’s not just about events – the project will bring several key improvements to East Ridge, including enhanced parking options and better traffic flow, making it easier than ever to visit and enjoy the new complex
“With free parking and less traffic once the interstate is completed and the bridge reopens soon, we feel this will really enhance the community,” said the Mayor of East Ridge.
