East Ridge Unveils New Football Locker Room

East Ridge, TN-(WDEF-TV) East Ridge unveiled its brand new football field house on Thursday. The alumni association raised over $200,000 to help with the cost. The facility includes a state of the art weight room, locker room, showers and laundry facilities. The ribbon cutting was an emotional day for coach Tim James, whose father Raymond was a legendary Pioneers coach.

Said Tim James:”If you looked at our old weight room, it was perhaps maybe one of the worst in Hamilton County. Our locker room was an old 1950′
s P.E. locker room because we lost our locker room when the stadium was torn down. I think it gives them a sense of renewed pride and a vision of the future.”
