Ebola surges again in central Africa

The Ebola virus — which killed more than 11,000 people between 2014 and 2016 — is surging again. Another deadly outbreak started in a rural area of the Democratic Republic of Congo and has now spread into a city of more than 1 million people. Dr. Jon LaPook has more on this.
