Endangered Bradley County Child Skyla Wilson Found Safe

Bradley Co., TN (WDEF) Several law enforcement agencies in Colorado initiated a traffic stop last night that led to the recovery of an endangered child out of Bradley County.

Officers found Skyla Wilson with her non-custodial father Michael Wilson, traveling along Interstate 70.

Skyla is safe and appears to be unharmed, while officers took Michael Wilson into custody. He will be extradited back to Bradley County. He has an outstanding warrant for “Custodial Interference,” but investigators plan to amend the charge to “Aggravated Kidnapping.”

Michael Wilson didn’t return Skyla home nearly two weeks ago after taking her out for her birthday.
