EPB Home Uplift energy Program Invested with More Money

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – EPB will be partnering with TVA and the City of Chattanooga to invest another $1.2 million dollars into the Home Uplift Energy renovation program. It was announced this morning at an event in Miller Park.

The goal is to complete more than 200 home energy upgrades over the next year. For the first time, renters will also be able to apply to the program with consent from their landlord.

Bill Kilbride, Chairman of TVA Board of Directors, said, “EPB is such a great company to partner with no matter what you want to do. It’s made it obviously very successful.”

On average, EPB’s home uplift participants will save more than $400 dollars on their energy costs each year.
