Erlanger’s Children’s Hospital welcomes first female CEO & VP
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Erlanger’s Children’s Hospital has introduced its first ever female CEO and Vice President.
Deborah Spielman officially stepped into her new role Monday, October 28, 2024.
Erlanger said Spielman is setting her focus on expanding pediatric services, strengthening core programs, and supporting the dedicated staff at the Children’s Hospital.
Spielman has a lengthy background in healthcare leadership, strategic development, and team building.
