Families receive presents from Catoosa Stocking Full of Love

CATOOSA COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) – Folks in Catoosa County hosted the annual Stocking Full of Love toy drive. 

Organizations help raise money to purchase toys for families in need. 

This year, more than 1,400 children were registered in Catoosa County.  

Catoosa County Sheriff Gary Sisk says the goal each year is to bring joy to each child for Christmas. 

“It is all about putting a smile on the child’s face and making sure they have something for Christmas. Kids are out for school and Christmas is just around the corner,” said Catoosa County Sheriff, Gary Sisk. “It is a blessing to be able to fill these families’ needs and give them some toys for their children.”

Sheriff Sisk also says this year’s Stocking Full of Love was a record turnout.
