Fatal Morning Crash in Chattanooga Appears to be a Homicide

Around 3:00am, they found the body of a male victim in a car, down an embankment at South Terrace and South Moore Road.  That’s right off of Interstate 24.

Authorities have the area blocked off as they search for clues in the case.
