Fatal Shooting at South Pittsburg Coffee Shop
UPDATE: Sheriff now confirms that the victim was South Pittsburg native Kevin Hudson. The suspected shooter is Robert John Bateh. Bateh has now been charged. Both were co-owners of the business.

SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tennessee (WDEF) – A person was killed Monday morning at a drive through coffee shop in South Pittsburg.
It happened at the Dragging Canoe Coffee Trader on Elm Avenue around 8:30 AM (CST).
Sheriff Bo Burnett says one person is dead and another in custody.
But no charges have been filed at this point.
The TBI will handle the investigation.
