Fire Department to conduct training near Amnicola Hwy

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Chattanooga Fire Department will conduct training Friday night, making smoke and flames visible.

This will take place at their training center on Amnicola Highway.

It will start around 5 p.m. on June 7.

CFD will teach cadets how to extinguish car fires.

They want to make the public aware of the training, so no one is alarmed.

“There’s no need to call 911. This night drill is overseen by our training staff,” CFD said in a social media post.
