First Responder Hero Award: Chris Mullinix

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Most police agencies are adding “active-shooter” training for their officers, and Chattanooga police held one recently.

But the work behind that important training was actually done by a young patrolman, in addition to his regular duties.
