First Testimony in Ooltewah Rape Case today in Sevierville

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF) – The lead suspect in the Ooltewah rape case appeared in court Tuesday morning for a transfer hearing.

The judge heard testimony from several witnesses, including the victim.

Three members of the Ooltewah basketball team are charged with sexual abuse of a fellow player.

But only the suspected ringleader was in court today.
