Former Police Chief charged with insurance fraud had house burn down before

Thomas Fuller and another man were arrested for insurance fraud for a fire at a Valley Head home last fall.

But as we see in this report from the Huntsville CBS Affiliate WHNT, the Hammondville community rallied around Fuller and his family in February of 2013 when he lost another home to fire.
