Former UTC Participates in Presidential Inauguration Ceremony

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- A former Chattanooga Moc takes part in the Inauguration Ceremony today.

Master Gunnery Sergeant Jane Cross performed as a member in the “President’s Own” United States Marine Band.

Cross graduated from UTC in 1997.

She began studying the clarinet at the age of 9.

She is currently the chief librarian for the band.

That means she prepares music for performances and assists in maintaining historic archives.
