Fort Payne man accused of child torture

FORT PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) –   A Fort Payne man wanted by police for two years for alleged torturing a child is in now in custody.

Bradley Harbin, 35,  is facing one count of child abuse by means of willful torture.

Yesterday he was booked into the Dekalb County jail after he was arrested during a traffic stop. When an officer ran a background check on Harbin, he realized Harbin had outstanding warrants from 2014.

Harbin’s bond has been set at $35,000.
