Free turkey giveaway at Red Bank and The Point Church

Senior Pastor Dr. Sam Greer joins News 12’s Amelia Greer to talk about the upcoming turkey giveaway at Red Bank and The Point Church.

RED BANK, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Red Bank and The Point Church will be giving a helping hand with the Thanksgiving holiday and is giving away turkeys to the public.

The church is giving back by giving away turkeys on November 21 at their Red Bank Campus located on 4000 Dayton Blvd. Chattanooga TN from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.

Four hundred frozen turkeys will be given away, one per family. Each turkey is between 14 to 16 pounds which can feed at least a family of four.

Dr. Sam Greer reminds everyone that Jesus taught that it is more of a blessing to give than to receive and challenges people and his church to give something everyday, even as something simply like a hug.
