Fund Set Up to Help Teenage Gunshot Victim Keep Home

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WDEF) –

A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help a teenage gunshot victim keep her home.

Keoshia Ford, then 13, was an innocent bystander who was shot in the head back in 2012.

She is still confined to a bed and was assigned a 24-hour nurse.

Earlier this week, we told you Keoshia Ford’s family was in jeopardy of losing their home.

The Chattanooga Housing Authority is evicting them over unreported income, according to the family.

Now, they need more than $6,000 to keep their home while they repeal CHA’s decision.
