Georgia prosecuting citizen on charges of double voting in 2022

ATLANTA, Georgia (WDEF) – Georgia is accusing a resident of double voting in the 2022 election.’

The Secretary of State accuses the voters of casting ballots in both Georgia and Arizona.

Investigators say the person voted in-person during Advance Voting in Georgia and then by absentee in Arizona.

They also believe the person has done it before.

The state investigations division now is turning their evidence over to the Fulton County D-A to prosecute.
