Gordon Lee Wins Game One of Baseball State Semifinal Game Against Charlton Co

Chickamauga, GA-(WDEF) The Gordon Lee baseball team rallied for a 4-3 victory in game one of their state playoff semifinal series against Charlton Co.
The Indians scored two runs in the second. Gordon Lee answered in the bottom of the third on an RBI base hit from Caleb Hopkins.
Charlton Co got a run in the top of the fifth to go up 3-1, but the Trojans scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth.
Dylan Minghini had an RBI sac fly. Hopkins added another RBI base hit to tie the game at three.
Then with the bases loaded, Chris Potter hit the ball to first.
The first baseman touched the bag for one out, but he couldn’t get Austin Thompson at the plate, who scored what turned out to be the winning run.
Charlton Co came back to win game two 3-1 to force a game three Thursday at 3pm.
