Gov. Lee unveils new signs along TN/GA border

Governor Lee unveiled the new billboards we may soon see along the Tennessee Georgia border.

Tennessee officials revealed the new campaign at the first location in Erwin.

But the campaign will expand to the state’s major highways.

The Governor says that every day, thousands of people cross our state line for the first time.

This is the first time Tennessee has updated its welcome signs in more than thirty years.

The signs will look like vintage postcards.

TDOT will put up 16 signs at interstate entry points in the coming months.
