Grandpa busted for reportedly being too freaky
Fay Sims, 84 is now facing one count of indecent exposure and one count of patronizing prostitution.
Sims is the owner of Best Motors.
According to Chattanooga police, a woman walked into the office of his dealership to talk about switching out her old car for a new one. The woman told investigators that at some point during the conversation, Sims said,” If she would do something that he would pay the rest.” The woman reportedly told him no and they continued to discuss the price of a new car.
During that conversation, the woman said Sims pulled out his penis and asked her, “how much” and “can you put your mouth on it?” She told police she walked away.
When officers questioned Sims about the alleged incident, he reportedly told them people lie about him all the time because they get mad when he repossesses their car. He also told police he didn’t remember the woman coming into his business.
His wife told police a different story. According to Ms. Sims, the woman had stopped by to get a part ordered for her car but that nothing happened that would have made her upset to lie about her husband. The secretary reportedly told investigators the same information provided by Ms. Sims.
The 84-year old car dealership owner is no stranger to trouble. Last December he was charged with sexual battery. In that case, a woman claimed Sims rubbed her back and kissed her against her will while they were in his office. That woman told police Sims agreed to let her give him a lower payment than what was owed because he thought she was attractive. His sexual battery case was bound over to criminal court where it is currently scheduled to go before a judge September 28th.
Sims is expected to go before a judge on September 24th in connection to his latest charges.
