Gunbarrel Road Closure Canceled for Monday

Chattanooga, Tenn. (WDEF) – According to the Chattanooga Department of Transportation, the 2300 block of Gunbarrel Road will NOT be closed Monday, July 11, 2016.

The 2300 block is between Shallowford Road and McCutcheon Road.

The road was scheduled to be closed for improvements starting Monday and lasting for 6 weeks, but the Chattanooga Department of Transportation said Sunday night that it would NOT be closed Monday.

Updated closure dates will be announced at a later date according to the department.
