Hamilton County Reports 43 Arrested with Unknown, Unlawful Citizenship Status in January

Hamilton County has reported their unknown citizen status arrests for January.

They made 43 arrests, with more than half of them being Guatemalan.

Eight were Mexican and all were from Latin American countries.

Two thirds of all the charges were either traffic or DUI offenses.

There were 13 sex crimes and eight assaults.

These suspects either self-reported their illegal status or law enforcement could not verify their citizenship.
