Harriman City councilman and firefighter son charged in shooting case
HARRIMAN, Tenn. (WDEF) — Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost has been charged with multiple counts of tampering with evidence, among other charges.
A shooting had occurred at a party that was hosted at Harriman Mr. Clean Detail Shop on August 30, 2025.
Brian Frost is the owner of the detail shop.
The party allegedly involved underage teenagers with alcohol, firearms, and marijuana vape pens.
It ultimately led to the death of an 18-year-old.
The suspect of the shooting is a juvenile, who has already been charged with murder through the Roane County Juvenile Court.
District Attorney Russell Johnson brought up certain aspects of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) case regarding the shooting, focusing on the roles of Brian Frost and his son, Bradley Frost.
The grand jury approved the new charges pushed by the district attorney, which were testified to by the TBI.
Brian Frost has been charged with:
- Multiple counts of tampering with evidence
- Coercion of a witness
- One count of official misconduct
His son, Bradley Frost, has also been charged:
- 14 counts of furnishing alcohol to minors
- Four counts of contributing the the delinquency of a minor
- One count of possession of a firearm while under the influence
Another person, Tony Williams, was also charged with one count of accessory after the fact for driving away with the shooter.
Roane County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian Frost and Bradley Frost on Tuesday.
Harriman Police Department took Williams into custody at the request of the TBI.
