Have You Seen This Man Who Escaped From Police Sunday?

Chattanooga (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are offering a reward for a man who has been alluding capture in McMinn County.

A few weeks ago, 34 year old Shane Albertson got away after a chase near the Kmart in Athens.

He is also wanted on warrants in Knoxville and Florida.

McMinn County deputies were on his trail again Sunday, but he got away on foot after a vehicle chase in the Ooltewah area.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

They say he has vowed to never go back to prison.

He’s 5’9” and weights 180 pounds.
