HCSO releases new scam feature on Sheriff’s App

HAMILTON COUNTY — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has shared they have added a new feature to their app that can help keep individuals informed about local and national scams.

They say the new app feature provides a dashboard with up-to-date information about local scams, posts highlighting recent issues, tips on how to recognize them, and what to do if you or someone you know is targeted.

The HCSO says there are also resources and tips from the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission with links to learn more about recent scam trends.
