Hearing about Volkswagen in Chattanooga

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – There will be a legislative hearing about the recent Volkswagen emissions testing scandal coming up in Chattanooga this month.

The Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committee’s Appropriation Subcommittee will review the financial impact that the scandal has had on the state.

The meeting will be on October 29th at the Hamilton County Department of Education at 1:30 p.m.

Senators Bo Watson, Reginald Tate, Randy McNally, and Majority Leader Mark Norris will all be there.
