Historic Choo Choo terminal building up for sale

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- The main portion of the Chattanooga Choo Choo has been listed for sale.

It has been listed on the investment firm’s Berkeley Capital Advisors’ retail offerings page.

It has been owned by the firm Northpond Partners since 2021.

The main terminal building and Choo Choo Gardens are among the buildings for sale.

They say on the listing the average return on investment is over one point three million dollars a year and that the building is 90 percent occupied.

There was not a sale price listed.
