Hixson man killed in Tuscaloosa house fire

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) – Officials say two men died in an early morning blaze in Tuscaloosa, but a third person escaped the flames.

Police identify the victims as 27-year-old Jonathan Mark Seale of Tuscaloosa and 30-year-old Clark Stewart Jackson, who was visiting from Hixson, Tennessee.

Fire officials say the home was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived shortly before 4 a.m. Thursday.

The third man got out of the house after the fire began.

The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined.
