Homicide suspect extradited to Bradley County from Texas
BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — The suspect in a homicide that occurred September 8, 2024 is back in Bradley County after being captured in Texas.
Dayren Lopez-Roque was extradited back to Tennessee and was booked into the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office Justice Center.
Roque is being charged with Probation Violation and First Degree Murder.
He is believed to be the one who killed Dayana Garcia September 8, 2024.
Garcia was reported a missing person until police found her deceased at 315 Northcrest circle after conducting a search warrant.
Roque was located and arrested a few days later in Texas, just 30 miles from the Texas/Mexico border.
