House fire on Dallas Hollow Road deemed a total loss

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – Early Thursday morning, the Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department worked to put out a house fire at 9214 Dallas Hollow Road.

At 4 a.m., a driver saw the fire and called 911. When the Dallas Bay VFD arrived, 75% of the house was on fire.

The firefighters confirmed everyone was out of the home and conducted a defensive attack to contain the fire.

The fire was put out and there are no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

The house was deemed a total loss with damages estimated at $150,000. The American Red Cross was called to help take care of the homeowner’s needs.
